AbstractThe goals of cutaneous malignancy reconstruction are to restore the best functional and aesthetic outcome. Reconstruction should aim to restore all defects layers. While local flaps are the mainstay of head and neck Mohs reconstruction, the range of reconstructive options varies from healing by secondary intention to microvascular free tissue transfer.
